1. The Association
The Association shall be called the World Creedmoor Association.
2. Objectives of the Association
2.1 To Promote and hold Long Range Black Powder matches which will attract shooters from all over the world.
2.2 To make the shooting rules as flexible as possible to allow as many shooters as possible to compete.
